For $50 you would expect to get more than two roses and some filler. I called them directly thinking they would do a better job than using a service like FTD but the FTD arrangements blow theirs out of the water for the price. Live and learn ..
Dawn made my bridal bouquets and I bought hydrangeas for the tables. They were beautiful and fresh. It has been a week and they are still beautiful!!!
Marin Downs florist provided a cheap substitution of a beautiful, upgraded arrangement I ordered via Troys Online Floral, for my mother following her surgery. The pictures reveal two polar opposite arrangements, and while I understand some substitutes are expected based on the time of year/seasonal availability, the substitutions chosen were not monetarily equal, in value or taste. I'm so disappointed. A phone call would have translated to great customer service, giving me a heads up and a chance to decline their choices. Although I live 3000 miles away, I expect to trust the florist and their professional choices. Disappointed for sure.
