I needed to rent a storage locker and price shopped at several facilities. Simply Safe Storage was by far the best price for the size I needed. The facility is very secure, safe and clean. Carts are always available and the facility has well lit, wide hallways. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. Any question I had was immediately answered and they were very organized when I completed the rental process.
Fantastic place. Very secure facility. I've never used a storage unit before, but I felt safe leaving my belongings here. Sharon helped me as soon as I arrived and set me up with a unit and gave me all of the information that I would need. They also called me in the days leading up the start of rental to help better accommodate my move. All in all, a great company with great service.
The property manager @Palm City has been very kind, warm and accommodating on all accounts since I moved in March 1st. This morning I stopped in to request altering my payment plan and she was able and willing to do so without hesitation. Sharon Moreno is an asset to your company and definitely does everything in her powers that provides a positive customer experience.
They keep rising the rent and keep lowering the amenities. No garbage cans ANYWHERE. And they charge $50 for pallet removal. I have been looking for a new storage place.
High quality storage facility. The staff were easy to work with and very professional. The facility is well maintained...clean, well lighted, no unusual smells, etc. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
